An affidavit on behalf of the Hon'ble Chancellor has also been served and filed.

From perusal of Annexure-A to the Chancellor's affidavit, it is evident that ordinance for admission and examination for B.Sc. (Pathology), a three and a half years course, stands approved on

Patna High Court CWJC No.17653 of 2014 dt.12-10-2015 2/2 14.08.2015. There was some query with regard to the Bachelor for Physiotherapy courses (abridged), which also the university has answered and a decision on the same is required to be taken at the level of Hon'ble Chancellor.

If it is so, then so far as the B.Sc. (Pathology) course is concerned, there is no hindrance in grant of recognition by the university. Let the Vice-Chancellor of the university take an appropriate decision in this regard. So far as Bachelor of Physiotherapy (abridged) course is concerned, no sooner the university receives the communication from the Chancellor's Secretariat, appropriate decision with regard to that course too will be taken.

The writ application now stands disposed off with a direction to the university to do the needful within a reasonable time-frame for the reason that students are pursuing their studies and such delay in decision making should not come in the way of successful completion of the course.
