JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 The petitioner has prayed for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Triveniganj P. S. Case No.389 of 2018 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. A similar prayer made by the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77421 of 2018. There is no fresh material on the basis of which the case of the petitioner can be re-considered. In that view of the matter, for the reasons assigned in my previous order dated 10.01.2019, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
