JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 The petitioner is a PDS dealer. His licence was suspended by respondent no.3. He challenged the same in C.W.J.C.No. 6679 of 2012 which was disposed of on 23.1.2013 quashing suspension order and the matter was remanded to the authorities to proceed in accordance with law. Counsel for the State submits that the proceeding was initiated and licence has again been cancelled. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent order cancelling his licence.
