JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 270 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the State has submitted that earlier petitioners have surrendered in this case and they have escaped from the judicial custody.
Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that since one of the petitioners was suffering from the illness that is why the left the court and it was not intentional. Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, this application is accordingly dismissed.
