Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 354A,354B, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against this petitioner is that he tried to outrage the modesty of wife of Nawal Sahni, a co-villager. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Considering the fact that the petitioner is 21 years covillager, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner so that the petitioner may change himself and behave like a responsible citizen, let the petitioner, named above, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28375 of 2020(2) dt.15-01-2021 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Vaishali, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019, G.R. No. 5664 of 2019 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 35000/- cash in the court below and the amount of Rs. 35000/- cash deposited by the petitioner shall abide by final outcome of the pending criminal case with furthr condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
