Alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 20.11.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15424 of 2011 (Annexure2), the present contempt application has been filed. Show cause is said to have been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 3 online.

Learned counsel for the State submits that hard copy shall be filed during course of the day. The same contains notification

Patna High Court MJC No.1541 of 2019(3) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 dated 16.05.2023, bearing Memo No. 442(9), issued by the Government of Bihar. By this notification, the order withholding 100% pension has been cancelled and the Authority has decided not to recover payments made in lieu of service between 01.02.2005 to 31.12.2006.

In view of the said notification, no case survives for this Court to proceed any further in the contempt proceedings. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Raj kishore/- U
