2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 386 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53366 of 2025, which reads as under:

"Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 386 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed loot of cash and other articles.

4. The petitioner is in custody since

5. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of other co-accused and some articles have been recovered on the statement of the petitioner but the same fact has been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of materials available on record.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed."

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and no fresh ground for grant of bail is made out, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
