Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The marriage of the victim was solemnized six years back. The FIR would reveal that allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same as well as threat to solemnize second marriage is against the husband. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.
Submission is that the case diary would reveal that the petitioners were separate from their son. Some of the witnesses have stated that there was no illegal demand.
