The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 38 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case the kidnapped girl in her statement under Sectin 164 Cr.P.C. has stated about involvement of one Ahmed and there is no statement about involvement of this petitioner in any manner in the kidnapping of the girl.

In view of the statements made by the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. the court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be
