This application has been filed against the order dated 19.02.2015 passed in Sessions Trial No. 404 of 2010 arising out of Hisua P.S. Case No. 28 of 2010 by the trial court dismissing the application filed on behalf of the petitioner for discharge presently pending in the Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada.
A report has been called for from the court below which has been received. From the report, it appears that charge has already been framed and trial has commenced.
