17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 113 of 2012 for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 384, 353, 147, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul. It is a case of the year 2012, the petitioner has been identified in course of investigation as one of the accused who had actively participated in the commission of offence. Since there is a direct allegation against the petitioner of participation and a charge-sheet has already been filed in the present case, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47389 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
