This application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 08.01.2015 passed by 7th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, rejecting the application filed on behalf of the petitioner for discharge.

A report with regard to stage of trial has been called for from the court below which has been received. The court below has stated in the report that out of nine witnesses, five witnesses have been examined. The next date for hearing is fixed in the case on 14.3.2018.
