Petitioner No. 1 and 2 are the maternal uncle and maternal aunt of the husband of the deceased lady. Petitioner No. 3 is the cousin maternal uncle of the husband of the deceased are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is no connection of these petitioners with the alleged occurrence and that they were only mediators in the marriage which took place between the deceased's family and the petitioners' family and their names have falsely been included in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57903 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2016 P2/2 this case.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners are remote and immediate family members of the husband of the deceased lady, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 216 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
