The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 304(B) & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the ACJM, Bagaha, West Champaran. The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband (Petitioner) and other in-laws of the deceased and her dead body has also been disposed of. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2314 of 2017 (2) dt.07-02-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
