The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ\ order direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the Respondent no.5 in respect of Memo No. 282 dated 19.07.2021 issued by the respondent no.4. (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ\ order direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to submit the enquiry report in pursuance of letter dated 30.01.2023 and 17.08.2022 issued by Learned Director of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6703 of 2023(2) dt.30-10-2023 2/2 Consolidation, Bihar, Patna and Joint Secretary to Govt.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ\ order direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to decide the representations ( annexure 7 and 9 series) given by petitioner to them within short span of time."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
