Patna High Court LPA No.331 of 2014 dt.21-07-2016 2/3 an order dated 06.01.2014 passed by the learned Single Bench wherein, it has been found that the writ application before this Court is not maintainable.
The daughter of the appellant has passed Intermediate Examination in the year 2012 from the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. Thereafter, she appeared in B.Sc. Nursing Entrance Test conducted by Rajasthan University in the year 2013 but was not admitted for the reason that the qualification obtained by her is not equivalent to the qualification of the Secondary Education Board of Rajasthan, Ajmer.
The learned Single Bench has found that the cause of action is against the Secondary Education Board of Rajasthan, Ajmer and, therefore, this Court will not have the territorial jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition, we do not find any error in the order passed.
The daughter of the appellant had qualified the Intermediate Examination from the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. Her problem is that the qualification obtained by her is not being treated to be equivalent by the Secondary Education Board of Rajasthan, Ajmer. Therefore, she has to seek redressal of her grievance from the Court wherein the Secondary Education Board of Rajasthan, Ajmer is located.
In view thereof, we do not find any error in the finding
Patna High Court LPA No.331 of 2014 dt.21-07-2016 3/3 recorded by the learned Single Bench which may warrant interference in the present Letters Patent Appeal and the same stands dismissed.
