14-12-2021 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make correction in paragraph - 1 and prayer portion of the bail petition.

Permission is accorded. It may be done in course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sono P.S. Case No. 127 of 2015, registered for the offence under Section 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of U.A.P. Act and Sections 3 / 4 of Explosive Substances Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused Amjad Hussain, who has already been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 28.09.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40469 of 2021(2) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 38859 of 2016. Similarly situated one other co-accused namely Nagina Yadav has also been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 25.07.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 45413 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2021, having no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody and clean antecedent, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S.
