The petitioner apprehends his arrest in G.O. Case No. 498/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 60 litres wine made of Mahua kept in two gallons and 400 Kg. Jawa Mahua were recovered from a place situated near canal of Janghaul village. The place does not belong to the petitioner, but the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or
