In this case, the petitioner is challenging an order dated 7.9.2015 arising from Maintenance Case No. 273-M of 2010 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, West Champaran, Bettiah giving direction to pay Rs. 3,000/- per month to the opposite party no.2 (wife) and her children. The amount of Rs. 3,000/- per month is the most reasonable amount which includes maintenance of the wife as well as children. This Court does not find any error in the order dated 7.9.2015.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
