The petitioner seeks bail in Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 284/2017, 445/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this court. From perusal of the impugned order it appears that out of 11 witnesses, 08 witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
