2. The present writ petition has been taken out of turn on the basis of the mentioning slip filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6974 of 2024(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 petitioners for a limited prayer that the case of the petitioners bearing BLDRA Case No. 125 of 2023-24 which is still pending before the respondent no. 3 since 30.09.2023 may be dispose of.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 ( The Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Pupri, Sitamarhi) to dispose of the BLDRA Case No. 125 of 2023-24 which is pending since 30.09.2023 within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of .
