It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in paragraph-6 of the order dated 23.12.2016 in place of "the order dated 19.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 53648 of 2016", it should be read as " the order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 51400 of 2016 " .

In view of the submission made, the order dated 23.12.2016 is rectified to the extent, as indicated above. Let this order be communicated to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P. S. Case No. 214 of 2016.
