2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43846 of 2025.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner entered inside the informant's house in the evening and committed rape upon the minor daughter of the informant.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2024.
5. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27347 of 2026(3) dt.01-07-2026 2/2 that the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that the victim had eloped with one Jitendra Paswan and she has made an statement in that case after recovery in favour of the petitioner.
6. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the application of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that one witness has been examined and the victim is likely to be examined in the near future.
7. Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused of committing rape with a 13 year old minor victim, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed again.
9. The petitioner may renew his prayer in the trial Court after the recording of the deposition of the victim girl. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
