Since it is a matter of accounting, which could not be done for whatever reasons and controversies, this Court will not give clean chit to the petitioner or waive endorsement made against his LPC. Matter will have to be resolved between the petitioner and the Department

A decision in this regard must be taken, if the petitioner renders assistance, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production / communication of a copy of this order.
