In the nature of the order passed in CWJC No.17796 of 2010 filed by the present petitioner for same and similar grievance present at Annexure-6, the present writ petition is simply a repetition of the issue earlier raised and disposed.

Since there is already an order of the Bench requiring the petitioner to raise his grievance before the authorities concerned and which representation is missing from the present proceedings, the petitioner is required to first discharge his obligation. However, in case the petitioner has already filed his representation following the order passed by this Court present at Annexure-6 and the Principal Secretary has not disposed of the same then the remedy for the petitioner lies elsewhere and not in the present writ petition. The writ petition is misconceived and is disposed of accordingly.
