The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016, registered under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya).
The accusation is of committing the robbery of motorcycle, mobile set and cash of the informant. The informant detailed physique of the culprits, who were indulging in the robbery.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name has surfaced in the confessional statement of Ambika Kumar @ Musu.

No.47358 of 2017 (2) dt.06-10-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
