Petitioners seek bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 386 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 304(B), 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. Both the petitioners are living separately from the victim and her husband. Further submission is that petitioners are languishing in custody since 16.06.2020.
