Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47087 of 2015 (3) dt.21-01-2016 2/3 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No.108 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 447, 448, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, admittedly, there is a land dispute between both the parties. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case and both the parties have also sustained injuries. Considering the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R., case and counter case and that the injuries found on the person of the informant has been found to be simple in nature and also that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedents, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No.108 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code
