This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sursand Police Station Case No.610 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 119 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2022 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise
