Three petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Pandarak P.S. Case No.135/2014 registered for the offence under Sections 399 , 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act, have prayed for grant of bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender.

By way of referring to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition, it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are having clean antecedent and only with a view to falsely implicate the petitioners, they have

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the aforesaid three petitioners, namely, (i) Rajnish Kumar (ii) Vicky Kumar Choudhary @ Vicky Choudhary @ Vikky Kumar and (iii) Ranjeet Ram @ Ranjeet Kumar @ Farm, in the event of their arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. , Barh in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No.135/2014, subject to conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
