Mr Bindhyachal Singh appearing for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 16.10.2020 granting bail to the petitoner, factual error has crept in to the extent that it has been recorded that the petitioner is already under suspension and facing proceedings departmentally.

The factual position is not disputed by Mr Prabhakar Jha for the Bank. However, he submits that charge memo is likely to be issued in a day or two.
