Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the year of Police Station case in the first paragraph and prayer portion of the application as "Bausi P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019" has wrongly been mentioned in place of "Bausi P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016".

Permission is granted.

Accordingly,"Bausi P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019" mentioned in the first paragraph and prayer portion of the application as also in the order dated 28-07-2021 passed by this bench, be read as "Bausi P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016". After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appropriate application as per

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37840 of 2021(3) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 provisions of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015.
