This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Belchhi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner also also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
