The petitioner seeks bail in Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021 corresponding to Trial No. 20 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii), 23(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.08.2021.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 29.04.2022 and there is recovery of 12.300 KG of Ganja from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2021 having clean antecedent.

Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that

No.28312 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 charge has already been framed in this case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021 corresponding to Trial No. 20 of 2021.
