For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment of the land on which construction work of the road under Mukhya Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojna (MMGSY) from Khirichak to Nuawan is going on and to complete the construction of the above mentioned road within a specified period as it is pending for last six years i.e. from the year 2018 and due to that the

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Asthawan, District- Nalanda for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
