Public Prosecutor, submits that the present petition was filed against the order of cognizance, however; during the pendency of this petition, charge has been framed. Meaning thereby that trial has commenced. He makes a prayer for withdrawal of the present petition so that the petitioner may take the pleas, which have been taken in the present petition, before the court below at defence stage.
