The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Salkhua (Banma O.P.) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1994 of 2016) registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 494, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry of Prohibition Act.
The allegation against the petitioners is of cruelty and torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are in-laws' family members and they have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua (Banma O.P.) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shail/- U T
