Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.8732 of 2019 dt.25-07-2022 2/3 We are of the considered view that the issues highlighted with regard to lack of infrastructure, including Electricity, Water and Sanitation in the Campus of PMCH, Patna, can be highlighted by the petitioner with the appropriate authority i.e. Respondent No. 5, namely, The Superintendent Patna Medical College and Hospital, Patna.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8732 of 2019 dt.25-07-2022 3/3 Shri Gudu Baba, who appears in person, states that perhaps the said respondent may not even afford opportunity of hearing.

Without expressing any opinion on such apprehension, we direct respondent no. 5 to not only afford opportunity of hearing, but also take a decision on the petitioner's written request highlighting lack of infrastructure, if any, within the Campus of Patna Medical College and Hospital, Patna. Remedial measures be positively taken within four weeks from the date of presentation of the petition. Liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the Court or any other appropriate authority should the need so arise subsequently.
