4. Sri Harendra Kumar, the Executive Engineer, Building Construction Division, P.W.D. Saran at Chapra.

The contempt application has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 2.4.2013 passed in CWJC No. 21248 of 2012.

In the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 2 to 4 it is stated that the claim of the petitioner has been considered and has been allowed and thereafter the cheque dated 20.7.2015 for the amount after statutory deductions has also been issued to the petitioner.

In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
