This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners and others assaulted with lathi, rod etc. to the brother of the informant, as a result whereof he died. Perused the post mortem report.

After hearing the parties, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
