Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,392 and 34 of I.P.C. According to FIR, a pick-up Van was looted away by four unknown criminals on two motorcycles. The petitioner and two others were apprehended from the said pick-up Van. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 31.01.2020. He was not put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case. Co-accused- Mantosh Turha, who has confessed before the police, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.31716 of 2020 on 03.12.2020. Mantosh was also alongwith the petitioner in the said vehicle.

No.28093 of 2020(3) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid as well as no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Guthni Police Station Case No.26 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
