The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 212, 353, 386 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and Sections 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the serious nature of allegation that the petitioners and others were holding meeting with naxal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22136 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 Commander Jairam Yadav from whose possession one country-made loaded pistol was recovered, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their application is rejected.
