2. This is the 2nd Attempt on behalf of the petitioner for anticipatory bail in connection with Bachwara P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the I.P.C.
3. It is pertinent to note that the petitioner had previously moved for anticipatory bail which was rejected on 16.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 51608 of 2021.
4. This application for anticipatory bail has been filed after a period of four years from the last rejection.
5. In light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu & Anr., reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, successive applications
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27210 of 2026(2) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 for anticipatory bail are not maintainable.
6. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
7. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of two weeks from today and seek regular bail, failing which the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai will take all coercive steps for the arrest of the petitioner.
8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
