The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify order dated 22-11-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37618 of 2017. By the said order, while allowing the anticipatory bail petition of this petitioner, this Court had observed that in the event of arrest or surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of order, he was directed to be released on bail.

The petitioner, in the present petition, has prayed for extension of date of surrendering. The Court is of the opinion that once, while exercising criminal jurisdiction, the Court

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
