The petitioner is accused in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 467 of 2019 registered under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to earlier dispute. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
