JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 A show cause is filed on behalf of opposite party No.2, Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, in which it is stated that the C.P.F. amount totaling Rs.5,92,232/- has already been paid to the petitioner and the amounts of gratuity and unutilized leave have also been calculated and the funds have been sought from the State Government which are awaiting to be released and as soon as the same is received from the Government, the process for payment of the same would be started. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claims under different heads are also pending. If that be so, the petitioner may file a representation before the Chief Accounts Officer, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, who shall look into the matter. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
