For the reason of the petitioner not having exhausted his remedy of preferring a revision against the order passed by the licensing authority as also the appellate authority, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.
Patna High Court CWJC No.8049 of 2022 dt.05-08-2022 2/2 However, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner prefers a revision petition before the appropriate authority within a period of thirty days, that shall be taken up for consideration and after giving sufficient time to the petitioner to present his cause, the revisional authority shall pass a final order giving reasons in support of the same within a period of sixty days thereafter. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
