The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 354, 323, 324, 307, 447, 448, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties for the land dispute.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54057 of 2017 (2) dt.15-12-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.
