2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the compromise arrived at between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, he would file an appropriate application in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur, Ara for alteration of the order dated 9th April, 2018 passed in Maintenance Case No. 77 of 2014.
3. Seeking liberty to apply for his remedy in the learned court below, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the main application itself.
4. Permission is granted.
5. This application is dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
