Patna High Court CWJC No.8971 of 2015 dt.23-08-2016 implead the Treasury Officer as respondent no. 13. Heard parties.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents for payment of GPF amounts, Leave Encashment and third ACP. A supplementary-affidavit has been filed today on behalf of the petitioner stating therein that on the pretext of nonproduction of the original copy of the PPO by him payment could not be made. Let it be kept on record.

Today, the Treasury Officer, Nalanda who is physically present in Court in another case, submits that since the PPO of the petitioner is on record he shall take necessary steps for payment after production of copy of the PPO by the petitioner. So far as the other grievances of the petitioner with regard to payment of some amounts of GPF, Leave Encashment and third ACP are concerned, let him file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order before the Respondent No. 2, the Principal Secretary, Rural Works Department, Patna, who shall take a decision upon it on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of its filing.

It is made clear that if some amounts of GPF, Leave Encashment and third ACP have not been paid to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.8971 of 2015 dt.23-08-2016 and the same was required to be paid to him, necessary steps should be taken for payment of the same with statutory interest within a period of two months thereafter and details of calculation should be provided to him.
